Exergy was rolled out at International Power Mitsui Kwinana Combined Cycle Cogeneration power station, located at 40 kilometers south of Perth in Western Australia.

Successful live test of optimizer. On the 7 Dec, GNS conducted the first live test of its optimizer technology on Huntly Power station. The object of the test was to confirm the new physics, but the test immediately saved the station fuel while maintaining constant power output. GNS Science signs EXERGY agency agreement with ConnellWagner.
We have agreed a sales agency for certain Australian power stations with engineering firm ConnellWagner (www.conwag.com). ConnellWagner have long been a supporter of the EXERGY suite, and we are delighted that they are bringing their expertise and contacts to further commercialise the EXERGY software.

EXERGY development team complete Pre-Seed project
The EXERGY team are pleased to announce the completion of the 2006-7 technical development of the EXERGY suite. This project, funded by the New Zealand government and GNS Science through the Pre-Seed Accelerator Fund, has completed the Windows development of the EXERGY suite. The system has been successfully trialled on the Huntly Power Station operated by Genesis Energy.
