Andrew RaeGeothermal Exploration Geologist
Biography
Andrew Rae joined GNS Science in September 2005, to work as a geothermal geologist. In that time, he has been involved in ongoing GNS Science wellsite geology supervision and geological services for Contact Energy at Wairakei, Tauhara and Ohaaki. Andrews previous experience has focussed on the geology and geochemistry of hydrothermal and magmatic-hydrothermal ore systems and geothermal hydrology and the chemistry of geothermal fluids (at CODES SRC, University of Tasmania, Australia).
