Michael RosenbergScientist - Volcanology

Biography
Michael Rosenberg is a geologist studying volcanoes and geothermal systems. He studies the history and physical characteristics of eruption and sedimentary products of rhyolitic and basaltic volcanism in New Zealand. He has extensive consultancy project experience of volcanic successions in Taupo Volcanic Zone geothermal systems, including the Wairakei and Tauhara, Rotokawa, Mokai, Kawerau, and Ohaaki fields. Michael is also a Duty Volcanologist monitoring and responding to volcanic unrest and eruption.
