Biography

Vanessa is the Principal Technician in the Water Dating Lab with 28 years experience specialising in high sensitivity tritium analaysis. The laboratory also measures complementary environmental tracers such as CFC, SF6 H-1301 and Ne allowing understanding of processes in groundwater, surface water, oceans and glaciers. Vanessa is also using stable isotopes to create a groundwater isoscape for New Zealand.
